Network Block Runtime 包含以下 5 个 DLL 文件，同时支持 32 位和 64 位系统：
R2RHTTP.dll：用于替代 WINHTTP.dll
R2RINET.dll：用于替代 WININET.dll
R2RTRUST.dll：用于替代 WINTRUST.dll
SENSR2R.dll：用于替代 SENSAPI.dll
WS2R2R.dll：用于替代 WS2_32.dll
这些本质上是对 Windows API 的“空”模拟器。它们允许在不追踪和修改代码的情况下屏蔽网络访问。

This runtime package was planned to be included in upcoming R2RSYSTEM (in the development / review cycle stage). However, the R2RSYSTEM needs some more months to be long-term-reliable. We decided to release this runtime before the full one, or we need to delay the many plugin updates. Once after the R2RSYSTEM appears, you won’t need to install this package.

Generally, these are emulators of Windows API that does “nothing”. It allows crackers to block the network access without tracing and modifying the code.
